Welcome to AG Software House. By purchasing, downloading, or using the StackCopy Browser Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our software.

1. License Grant

AG Software House grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the StackCopy Browser Extension on your personal or professional devices in accordance with the pricing plan purchased.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the extension.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the extension.
• Use the extension for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Payments and Order Fulfillment

Our order process is conducted and fulfilled by our online reseller LemonSqueezy.com. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They handle customer service inquiries, tax collection, and returns regarding payment execution.

4. Refunds and Support

Due to the digital nature of the StackCopy Browser Extension, all sales are governed by the refund policy outlined at checkout via Lemon Squeezy. If you experience technical problems with the software, please contact AG Software House customer support via our official channels.

5. Intellectual Property

The extension, including without limitation all source code, design elements, graphics, logos, and features, remains the sole intellectual property of AG Software House. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product, not ownership of the underlying assets.

6. Limitation of Liability

AG Software House provides the StackCopy Extension "as is" without any explicit warranties. In no event shall AG Software House be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this software.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated modification date.
